Cass Wolfe, Executive Director

Cass holds both a M.S. and a B.S. in Child Development from Iowa State University, and also holds a Level 3 Illinois Director Credential. Cass began with IWSE in January 2009. She has over 30 years experience in Early Childhood administration and leadership, working in a variety of capacities.

Buket Ozer, Director of Administration

Buket holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from Northeastern Illinois University. Buket has the longest tenure on the management team, serving IWSE since 1995.

Pamela Staples, Site Manager, Baby Toddler Nursery

Pam holds a M.S. in Child Development from The Erikson Institute, and a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Kendall College. Pam has worked at IWSE since 2003.

Kamilah Wilson, Site Manager, Teen Baby Nursery

Kamilah holds a M.S. in Early Childhood Development from the Erikson Institute and is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in Family Counseling at Argosy University. Kamilah has been with IWSE since 2004.

Jessica King, Manager, Family Support Program

Jessica holds a M.S.W. from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a B.S. in Social
Welfare & Justice from Marquette University. Jessica is IWSE’s newest team member,
having started in September 2011.

Jennifer Riskind, Director of Development & Communications

Jennifer holds a Cum Laude B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota. Jennifer joined IWSE in December 2010. Prior to that Jennifer has worked as a development professional for more than 12 years in the Chicago non-profit community.
