Delivering on our Core Values
Relationship Based Care
Relationships between our children, teachers and families are key to our high-quality care. Relationship-based care focuses on the daily routines and experiences of your child. Even routine activities such as diapering and feeding help nurture a consistency that makes your child feel cherished and safe to explore the world. BTN teachers sing, laugh, smile and talk with children — every moment is used for positive interaction. In all our classrooms, we use a research-based curriculum that is designed to support learning and development.
High Teacher-Child Ratio
Our small classroom size and a ratio of 3 teachers for each classroom of 8 infants and toddlers helps assure that your child receives personalized attention and care throughout the day. BTN has:
- 3 infant rooms – children age 6 weeks though 18 months
- 4 toddler rooms – children age 18 months through 3 years old
- 1 pre-school classroom for children ages 3 to 5
